Dear sir,
My name is Hardik B. Bhatt and i am woking with MY DOLLAR STORE, where we are on payroll of Addecco Felxione .
We are leaving our company on May. 2007.
From that time we are submitted our PF form to addecco felixone for more than 3 times but every time they said that they are not received our form.
Last time when i send him the form to his Ahmedabad Office i have asked the courier company to provide me the POD for the same and i have got that POD from Addecco Ahmedabad Office. On the date of 19/9/2009 , The POD is sign and stamped with Addecco Flexione.
After received my POD i call him to when we get our PF he replied me that its cost 2 - 3 month , they send these form to banglore office and banglore office will send that form to PF office.
After 2 month i called him they said that its in procedure.
After six month of that now when i asked him regarding our PF he said me that he has not received our PF form so i have to submitted new from and the same procedure will done.
That means i have to send him form again and when he received the form he ans me that it tooks 2 -3 month. after few month when asked again he relied with the same ?
So i really need your assistant regarding the same.
I have a copy of PF form which is submitted to Ahmedabad PF Office and also a copy of POD for the same.
