[Resolved]  AFL Courier — Stolen Ticket Coupons from Parcel

Dear Sir,

I work with Atos Origin India and every month I avail ticket coupons woth Rs 3000. This is sent to me by my colleague regularly every month by courier, Till date it was sent by Vichare Courier and we had no problem. However, this is the first time that my colleague used AFL Courier. To my dismay, I received an empty packet. What is alarming is that the company is not owning up to it's responsibilities and is not even making an attempt to trace the culprits. This company is also not responding to my queries appropriately. I have been forced to come to you for help.
