Aforeserve.com — APC 2 Years warranty Extension

I received call from aforserve.com from some Mr. Narendra of APC who after giving details of my existing UPS wanted to extend my AMC for repair/replacement o[censored]PS without cost/charge. So I asked about the validity and he told me 2 years by paying Rs. 4700 to be deposited in AXIS bank in the account no [protected] I deposited the said amount the the AXIS bank and the amount was debited from my account.

However when I phoned APC regarding the complaint they told me that my AMC is already expired.

I phoned the same executive and got response

1. [protected] wrong no.
2. [protected] Not in service

Now in this situation whom should I approach for redressing the issue
