[Resolved]  AGS INDIA — Not getting connected

Sir/Madam,


This is Sankalp from Baroda (Gujarat). It's been 4-5 months since I got dataone broadband but uptill date I have not been able to use it. I am a marketing person so I applied for a connection spending Rs. 800/month. Everytime I go for complain they say that they would deduct the previous amount in the next billing. I have paid Rs. 3200 and Rs. 800 of the current month. Till date I am not getting connected to internet. I don't know where to contact. Whenever I call at customer care they say that I have to give the complain in writing.


Thereafter I gave the complain in writing to our branch (Fatehgunj), they said that we have to go to the main branch (Alkapuri). When I reached to Alkapuri they again refused to accept the application. They said that I have to submit this application to fatehgunj branch only. Pls do reply what should I do???? I even got a number of a person named Mr. Umesh from the customer care. They said to get the problem solved by him. But I am tired of making a frequent follow-ups to that person. But he seems to be very careless with his work.


Anyways, I have paid almost Rs. 4000 uptil now and still not getting proper connection. I have been usind bsnl tele-communications services since long and so thought that bsnl broad band would also be suitable.


Kindly let me know anyone who is responsible and would take appropriate actions to get my problem solved.


Lastly, I would wait for your confirmation or to get someone from your side to solve my problem by next week. Thereafter I would look forward to discontinue with your services.
