what are the conditions i need to satisfy for gate stipend...i am pursuing my mtech through gate-11...my college management warns me of failure of getting stipend if they ont get share in it...they say different silly reasons as mandatory for recieving gate stipend...please tell me the official link where i can get precise eligibility guidelines to answer them...help me by replying on...[protected]@yahoo.com
