JAIN COLLEGE GWALIOR HAD NOT THE APPROVED FROM AICTE BUT THEY PUBLISHED IN[protected] PEOSPECTUS, SO PLEASE TAKE CERTAIN ACTION.

Respected Sir,
I am a 2nd year B.Tech student of Anupama College of Engg.(Gurgaon)
which is affillated to MDU Rohtak, Haryana. Our fee are increasing forcefully by
Rs 9000/- on a fault reason. Our managemet are said that the order of
increasing fee are given by HSCS but no any other colleges those 2nd year
B.Tech fee are increased in MDU or any other universities present in HSCS or
Haryana. No any rule are present in Indian constitution in which fee are
increased after the admission in 1st year of colleges of any course.Earlier our
fee are increased for all year means 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th of B.Tech students by Rs
18000/-.But when we striked the college then our management announced that
no any fee will paid by 1st, 3rd & 4th year B.Tech students and 2nd year
students will pay of Rs 9000/-. Many students are not able to pay this money.
But our management said that Roll no., for sitting in semster examination, will not
given to those students who will not paid this money. Many students have
already taken bank loan for paying college fee in 1st year. Many belongs to a
very poor background so they cann't pay this money.
Our college infrastructre are in very bad condition. There are no facilities
are available in our college.There are no facilties in LAB, no adequate drinking
water in campus, no proper bus available, no any ID card for student even of 2nd
year students, food items are available on more than M.R.P. in canteen, no any
sports facilties are available in our college. There are many more other
complaints.
SO PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION SIR...WE BEG YOU TO SAVE

I am student from Pavendar Bharathidasan college of Engineering and technology TRICHY
persuing final year MBA we have been cheated by the college complaints as follows:

* No hygienic drinking water provided to us if we drink for one day we are gettin throat infection
* No proper class rooms, staffs athey dont have any subject knowledge
* No proper toilet facility for each block one toilet which is in very bad condition around 500 students are to use one toilet
* If we post any complaints regarding this we are threatened by the Management. The college MD directly warns us for sueing us.
* No buliding are lab facilities but college has got permission for running diploma courses, pg courses and engineering courses, now newly started an engineering PBIT within the same campus showing girls hostel building. plz taken action

ARYABHATTA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT DURGAPUR, PANAGARH(WEST BENGAL) is name of my college where i am destroying my future. I have not attended classes for over 2 years... because there is no teacher (lecturer, reader or proffesor is dream). still i am getting more than 8.5(on gpa scale) in every semester... because we are encouraged by our administration to give open book examination (even so called teachers help in DACOITY.. because they know they have never taught us a single chapter). During examinations i take MICRO(local name for xerox of whole book or a guide named MATRIX) in examination room. Dummy externals visit our college during exams just for taking bribe from our SECRETARY ( after filling their pockets they also join hands with internals to get us maximum marks we can get).
i have never seen any equipment in any of our labs in working condition. those apparatus and computers are just for showcasing... especially for WBUT(my respected university).
my college takes 60 student as intake every year in every branch, but our classrooms are too small to accomodate even 40.
i have never faced any problem, even though my attendence was below 5% in last 4 semester.
our respected secretary has opened anoter engineering college somewhere near MANKAR. he is planning to open another one in near future. All of the fees that we submit every semester goes into his own house(my secretary is four sibling.. now all of them have three storied buildings ..even bigger than my college. they all had just one home before college was inagurated 6 years earlier).
During campusing this year 6 smaller companies visited our college(all paying 3000 a month). they all turned out to be fake.


story is even bigger then i can write. And this is not only my story. This is story of all 1200 students of my college. what is our fault . don't just polish already polished colleges(IITs or NITs). turn ur head towards us too. we are also human beings. don't let our college turn us into dumbo . we also don't want to lead dogs life. atleast let us try

our university is not announce results on time.We are waiting for our results for atleast for one.When we complete our two semester we don't know our last two results .According to rule every result should be published before starting new semester. I am in 6th semester but I am waiting for my 4th semester's result .

1. no toilet and bathrooms
2.one year salary pending for staff
3.no bus facilities, but they get bus fees from us
4. no single internet connection
5.no lab facility
6.only two staff for mechanical department
7.books are not providing for us but they are getting book fees..
8. please have live visit to this college,

9. no bed & cot in hostel we are sleeping in floor.
10.no water facility
11. they are taking the students schoarship. and abuse that to odaiyappa medical college in pallakau, kerala
12.they are giving bribe to the inspection committie
13. please save our life 1300 students are studying ..
14. they are getting more donations
15. if any students ask the fgaclity they are put zero in the internal marks

Sir i am studing in MNSK College of engineering, Tamil Nadu. I am from kerala.

The Institute has been got affiliated to AICTE this institute totally waste. no proper lab, and no lab equipments. no hostel facility. but they ask money for each and every thing. they always collect fine fees.
PER DAY ABSENT RS.100
ABSENT IN TEST RS. 500
LAB BREAKDOWN FEES RS.650, no lab why fine.

PLEASE TAKE CERTAIN ACTION. SAVE OUR STUDENTS.

Sir i am student of AIT college ajmer (6th sem), i have secured aggregate of 71 till 3rd sem but this time i am not satify with rtu chechking, they have just given me "0 0" in Random Variable and Stochastic processes paper(paper code 2989) which from my point of view is not possible because i am very much confidence about my paper, at least zero is not possible.I also know that their is no rechecking processes, but the only thing i want, is to see my answer sheet, I have this right from the right of information, but nor the college or neither university is listening, please help me, it's a question of my future :-(

We humbly submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable orders please.

We are studying M.Tech in K.L.University, Vaddeswaram, GUNTUR (dt). The University authorities have intimated all the students to pay Rs. 5000/- (compulsorily) for an unknown Software from the University. They are collecting the amount only from the students who did not purchase the Laptops. We are not having individual Laptops/ Computers. Hence, purchasing the Software from the University authorities is not necessary for us during our course and also we are at the end of course which completes within months.

Our University is also collecting more Examination fee, and unknown fee with different purposes (names) than other Universities.

Our parents are reluctant to pay such amount, as they had paid more annual fee for our course which makes a lot of burden to them.

So, we request to exempt us from purchasing the software. Please take a considerable and favorable action in favor o[censored]s.

This to inform you that the reputed institute NIILM-CMS is affiliated to aicte and according to the norms of AICTE only one institute can run in one building but they are running three institutes in the same building.the name of the two other institutes are NIIM-SBA(founded by the promoters of NIILM-CMS) and IILM.They are also cheating with the students while taking admissions of NIIM-SBA by saying that this is the sister concern of niilm-cms and we will provide you all facilities which we are providing to niilm-cms and i was also one of the victim of their marketing strategy.So Please look into the matter so that they could not cheat with the innocent students for the coming batch.
