Aicte New Delhi — non response on my son fees refund case

As per news paper advertisement the academy published that the degree awarded by : the aeronautical society of india, institute of electronics and telecommunication engineering, the institute of mechanical
Engineers (India), institute of engineers. These courses are approved by the govt. Of india, ugc and aicte.

Aicte bangalore letter no f. No.14-1/representation/swro/13676 dated 09 nov 2009 to my son:

Sub; clarification regarding refund of fee - reg.

This is with reference to your letter dated 02/10/09, regarding refund of fee paid to royal academy for technical education, sidedahalli, bangalore-73 during
1st year admission. It to inform you that the above said institution is not approved by aicte. Hence i am returning
Herewith the details submitted by you.

Under which the academy conduct the course for refund of fees with penality for delay for morethan one and half yeras to my son please.
