Air Ticket Jet Airways — punctuality | |||
dear sir/mam, I am Ashok Kumar and my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com seems viewing my today's experience, the jet airways persons sitting on the board are very good and time efficient. i got the ticket booked for the flight no. 9w2209 and observed a marvelous experience. i reached the airport at exactly 0620 and kept waiting in the queue for my turn to get the boarding pass. the executives were very busy spending the time talking with their colleagues while attending customers. so the passengers had to wait for executive’s valuable meet and when the time came to meet, sorry it was too late of course they write one or two minutes more making excuse that customer is late. what a beautiful experience. the flight was late today for 5 minutes as checked from your website. Is there no duty for the executives to check and help the customers who have reached there in time and are waiting in a que? does the 5 minutes matter a most even when the flight was late 5 minutes? does a customer (who's time is not precious as observed today) is late has to suffer for the delays and cancellation penalties but as per your executives your time is very precious and experience indicates its punctuality? If so I am unable to understand why the customer prefers flight for a station like aurangabad when he has to spend so much time and penalties. Getting the schedule changed in flight results loss of time approx a whole day, loss of money for each transaction, penalties and unnecessary fatigue to customers only.
