[Resolved]  Aishvaryaa Prestige — Forged Plot Sale

I am too suspicious as nobody is available in the office.There were marketing people like girish, Mr. patel Managing Director and Mr. Naidu- Director who are all missing and unavailable. I have registered the plot last year but now I am worried.

I booked 2 plots in royal which they have sold in the name of enclave at high rate.Mr l f patil promised to return the booked amt along with 9% r o i but now he is not paying interest.
Secondly i booked 2 sites in dn tn project which he has not doveloped and not refunding the money too.

I have also invested almost 5 Lakh in Aishvaryaa Diamond two year back. recently i came to know that they have change there patnership from LF Patil to Mr. Mithulal. I spoke to Mr. Mithulal and they looks like a very positive with Diamond Project. He send a informatin lette to everybody and it stated that Aisvaryaa will complete all work till June end otherwise they will repay all amount with bank interset.

Do any other guys got the same information? i am not sure where we going on this matter.

I have booked a plot each with Aishvaryaa Royal & Aishvaryaa Diamond.

I learn that the projects - Aishvaryaa Down Town, Aishvaryaa Enclave, Aishvaryaa Prestige, Aishvaryaa Royal are all handled by L F Patil & Srinivas Naidu

Only Aishvaryaa Diamond project is being jointly handled by Srinivas Naidu & Mithulal, who are partners in this project. They have also made available an alternate plot Near Peresandra circle which is a good alternative as it is nearer to BIAL and is on NH 7.

I have booked plot in Various Aishvaryaa projects including Diamond. Looking at these comments worries me. I got the same intimation regarding the alternate Peresandra plot. Has anybody gone for it already ? He is asking for higher amount if I have to opt for this plot

i would like to inform you that earlier i had invested 5 Lakh Rupees in Diamond Project which has operated by Mr. Patil but now Mr. Manoj ( Owner Yesh Developer) has taken an ownership of it. As per their information it looks like Diamond Project is still in Under DTCP approval and will take couple of Month.

Yesh Developer (http://www.yesh.in/ ) are running other Projects in Hobli and Dharwad. In Bangalore they are developing Sreshta Residency Layout ( DTCP Approved – 218/ 2009-10) which is located in Peresandra Circle - Chickballapur and it is before 6 KM from Diamond Project. As they are the owner of Aishvaryaa Diamond, they are giving an alternative option all Aishvaryaa Diamond Customer to transfer the sites ( If purchaser wants). I was the one of the owner of 3 sites in Aishvaryaa Diamond. After site visiting of Sreshta Residency I decided to transfer all sites from Aishvaryaa Diamond to here. Last week only I have registered all sites.

I would suggest to everybody to transfer their sites if possible. I have transferred & Registered my sites and now I have a piece of mind.

Does any one know what is the extra amount people are paying for this shift ?

I paid extra Rs. 50/ PSF but not sure current rate.

I also thought that my invested money two years back was lost. But after interacting with Manoj and Mr. Mitulal, my perception changed. As of today, I got registered my sites and I am happy now. I am able to complete the current transaction and recommend Yesh for any future engagements.

Even i have invested in Aishwarya Enclave and i resently got "housing List" for my plot. When i asked about the khata, they said its the new rules for the layouts and they issue only housing list from gram panchayat. please suggest.

Yesh Developers is also a Cheat. Please do not fall in his Trap

Has any one filed a case in consumer court and got the money back yet

Has anyone visited the site recently?

I had purchased a 30 x 50 west facing site situated at Kolavanahalli village, Nandi Hobli, Chikkaballapur Taluk & District from Aishwaryya Enclave on 21/06/2010 by diverting my retirement benefits with an expectation that the land value will appreciate after the developing the layout. Recently I went to have a look at the layout and to my surprise the status quo was same as on todate as it was at the time of purchase. Being a retired person I am in deep financial trouble and want to sell the site at the earliest but due to zero development there are no takers of this layout. Mr.L.F.Patil & his team are inaccessible. I think now the time has come for all the owners of this layout to go under the umbrella of law to get our money back.

Even I had purchased the site in Aisvaryya Enclave and not visited the site after registration..but planning to visit soon..Any one has visited recently?

How do we, all the buyers, of this property get together and discuss?

In fact, I find the name board at the layout changed to "L P Developers" at the site.
No mention of Aishvaryaa anywhere.

Adjacent layout by a different but prestigious name (Vishweshwaraiya Layout) is going at a higher rate and has all the facilities such as Water connection, EB connection.
