Dear Sir,

Complaint regarding not functioning of Mobile Phone
Model: A-5000, IMEI: [protected], Date of Purchase: 01.11.2008,
Copy of Invoice: Enclosed

I purchased the above detailed mobile phone from your distributor M/s Bharat Communication, 324/15, Jacobpura, Gurgaon (Haryana) vide invoice No.789 dated 1st November, 2008 (enclosed). The phone was a defective piece and had to be changed within three days of its purchased.( Please read the relative notation on the invoice). But the replaced set was also not working properly due to the following problems:

1. Charger not working properly. A few minutes after connecting to the set there comes a message with a warning beep “INVALID CHARGER”
2. The battery is charged only with great efforts only after 8-9 hours but is discharged only after 4-5 calls of normal duration.
3. TV display also not clear.
4. MP3/MP4 recording system is also not working properly. It records only a part of the full file. It shows the full length of the file but actually replays only a small part of the song. Whenever the lead for recording is attached to the set and recording is ordered, a message appears on the screen reading, “USB SYSTEM NOT READY.”

The set was again handed over to your above noted dealers and was returned by them after 2-3 days claiming that it was now in order. But a few days back the problems recurred again. Meanwhile I had to shift from Gurgaon to Bathinda (Punjab). I tried my best to locate your dealer/service centre at Bathinda and nearby places but being unable to locate any; I have to approach your good self. Please guide me as to what should I do now. How my mobile would again be giving satisfactory service.

Please note that the non-functioning of the set almost since its purchase is a cause of worry for me. I incurred a heavy price for the set only believing and having faith in the name of your company and past record of the usefulness of the other products which I own. This time I feel as if robbed of my hard earned money. I hope you will come to my rescue, soon.
