Akash Ubislate 7+ - Non Delivery of Ubislate

I booked my Akash Tablet in the month of January 2012 (Booking ID PMC748CAECDA) for which i made advance Payment of Rs. 2999/- by way of cheque & i was promised delivery by April but till Date i have not received the delivery of the same. Please launch my complain & take necessary action.
