Alfa Elevators Has provided Lift ( Elevator) for 6 storied building ( Nakshatra Apartmet )in Akurdi Pune, its design and PLC control system is very poor. It gets breakdown almost every day and its service engineers are not able to findout root cause also.
From day one of installation lift has not run smoothly. Needs immedieate solution from manufacturer.
Manufaurer is also not willing to resole issue permanantly and their overall approch and system showes that they are not quality manufacture and service provider. Was this information helpful? |

As per dicussion with mr. Vijay Deo Sir ( Flat Holder, Top flr, Nakshatra Apt. Akurdi, Pune)
They are satisfied now, Now there is no problem at all andf lift is working in ok condition, builder and flat holders are satisfied now.we assure you good service all the times.
