Very TRUE. I am one other affected. Do not know how to get my money back. I have booked the flat in Dec 2008 and canceled it in My 2010. Still I did not get my refund.
Hi, are you talking abt the project in annanagar, i went there to buy a flat and they are charging me Re 4200 and are saying after pongal it will be 4400. hear them say there is a lot of demand for thier flats. n also promised there will be a shopping mall, n chennai's largest club house. seeing your reply i am scared to buy there. I guess the best thing is to wait for thier completion n then buy. atleast we can save the interest from the bank.

I would definitely suggest Orchid Springss to my friend as it comes with all state-of-the-art amenities and an amazing lake view. But, one problem is that, the clubhouse is not spacious and does not have all the features as stated in the brochure. Still it is worth the investment and a great place to live with your near and dear ones.
Seems like a good project, located in the banks of Korattur lake; So I have no doubt about water scarcity. Have heard about Alliance Group’s various other projects, and that is the only issue I am concerned about. I am seeing a lot of negative reviews in other projects of Alliance; so I have to think again and again before choosing orchid springs. Can somebody help??
Orchid springs at annanagar near korattur, one amongst the best real estate developer is delaying in handing over, but now happy that though delayed, the project has come out very nice & amenities are Great. Lake is also looking super cool. A project like Orchid Springs as promised in their brochure has made it worth living for all time dream home buyer.

They have not yet refunded money to those who have canceled the booking 7 months back,, some have received the post dated cheques and some bounced.But what is most shocking with alliance group is they have never competed any projects on time... 3 -4 years seem to be the norm . People must check on these guys from the existing customers from their other projects as well as the orchid sprigs.
The are good at painting the most rosy picture and but shockingly most unscrupulous.. BUYERS BEWARE!
INCORPORATE PENALTY CLAUSE ON THEM FOR THEIR DELAYS... ( they charge you 30% penalty for delays) read their contract before you move forward
