I paid Rs 5000 to Ambaressh Tours and Travels, New Delhi for renting my timeshare but no response to date and now on phone also no response. Please take appropriate action and confirm.

Hi! You r right sir, he really is a big Cheater. Even i paid him 5000 for renting my timeshare but no response since 2 years.Wht shall we do? how can we claim our money back?

even i paid 5000, after repeated botherings from that cheater.

people who give our details to such people are to be blamed and made accountable. may be these people may have some contacts with the club/resort managements. otherwise, how can they get to know about our memberships? one way of stopping such incidents is to catch and scrutinize the management.

Initially He was responding telephone calls but now the phones are dead. This is a clear case of cheating. Why not Delhi Police take some action and help us.

I keep getting calls from Mr Gurmukh suggesting me become a member and so that he can sell my
Royal Goan beach club weeks.
I have not become a member yet.
But looks like there is no point in shelling out 5k.
Please let me know if any one have any +ve experience with this guy.

Destination resorts at Richmond Road, Bangalore suggested me to approach Ambareesh Tours and Travels, New Delhi with contact numbers. I then approached Ambareesh Tours and Travels and spoke to Mr. Gurumukh Singh, asked him how to go about selling my timeshare. He then advised us to send Rs. 5000/- towards registration fees. In fact, I had kept quiet for few days even after his repeated calls insisting me to send Rs. 5000/-. Hence, I realised that he seems to be interested to help me to sell my timeshare and sent Rs. 5000/- by DD. I even received a receipt for having received it. It is over 2 years since he has not acted upon selling my timeshare. I tried to contact him couple of times, he used to respond to my calls and the reply was "Not found any of the prospective buyers". I kept quiet for quite some days and was again trying to contact him continuously for about three to four months. Unfortunately, his landline number was not in use and his cell number does not exist. Now, I am unable to contact him at all. Once, I tried to check the name of his travels by putting on GOOGLE. I was shocked to see people commenting that Ambareesh Tours and Travels, a big FRAUD. Request anyone of you to suggest me how to get my money. I feel Gurumukh Singh should be put BEHIND BARS.

My name is dr anand . iam a rgbc member. i had taken membership of rgbc but due to my busy schedule i am not able to utilise my weeks.so many weeks lapse .one of friend suggested the name of that company. they have rented my week in RGBC hathi mahal for 20000 RS. They have taken 5000rs but i think it is wothwhile paying money .

I too paid Rs4999/- towards renting my timeshare, more than six months ago. But Mr. Gurmukh Singh has not been receiving my calls. I really don't know what to do next. The least he can do is ti pick up the phone!

i too paid 5000 towardsl renting out my unutilised weeks miss neha mam call me twice and rent out my two weeks of rci in gold coast australia.after that i am waiting for positive reply. i hope that my more weeks will be rented out.

Ambareesh tours & travels is very reputed organisation. i have paid Rs 4999 and i have received very good response from Mr gurmukh and staff. No complain from my side.

i hve paid MR. singh 5k for renting my times share. He use to call till i paid him the fees amount buit now he is not picking the calls and i have been cheated of my money by this man.

I too have been cheated by this person of Ambareesh tours and travels.
Such people do fraud by just opening some company and taking money from people and then vanishing with their money. Everywhere you see there are frauds happening in India by such people.
Its disheartening to see this in India. Is there a use filing consumer complaint and giving punishment to these people.
