I am also cheated by Sachin Zende brother Nitin Zende . i booked row house in dundre project still he is not started construction . and he is not giving money back . Please help us .

Amrith developers is a fraud company running by Sachin Zende who had already been to Jail for cheating investors by collecting money in the company named Amrith Infracon at dadar. you can view the news which was published in DNA newspaper.

Shivaji Park police on Monday arrested the director of a private investment company for allegedly cheating 95 investors to the tune of Rs16.57 lakh by promising to double their investment in 45 days.

"Sachin Zende, 28, director of Armit Infrocom Pvt. Ltd situated at Dadar, was arrested from his residence at Navi Mumbai and was remanded in police custody till December 18 by the metropolitan magistrate's court at Dadar, " said assistant police inspector (API) Sunil Kale of Shivaji Park police station.

Zende, a science graduate from Mumbai University, floated the company in January. He rented a office space in Luis Apartment near Portuguese church, and then placed advertisements in two city English papers with the claim 'invest Rs5, 000 and get Rs10, 000 back in 45 days'. People's greed to make a fast buck led to many from Mumbai and Navi Mumbai investing in the scheme.

During investigation, police found that Zende had opened current accounts in three banks in Mumbai, of which the one at the Lower Parel branch of Corporation Bank reflected a balance of Rs8.61 lakh. All the three accounts have been sealed, added Kale.

The racket came to light when head constable Navnath Gawde, while patrolling the Portuguese Church area on December 12, suspected foul play on noticing the signboard of Zende's investment company. He then covertly collected information about the firm and learnt that it had been set up without RBI approval, and was a front to dupe people. He then lodged a complaint of cheating against Zende and his company.

API Kale then appealed to the victims to lodge a complaint against Zende at Shivaji Park police station. Interestingly however, nobody has yet come forward, despite Zende confessing to the crime, said Kale.

I have read your article of July 5, 2011. I am a resident of Panvel and come to know that you have invested money in 2 bhk flat in Wakadi with Mr. Zende..

I would like to inform you that Mr.Sachin Zende is a fraud and the land in which he is claiming to built or construct is owned by a very reputed businessman in Mumbai and they have not sold the land to him.
They have also advertised in the newspapers, enclosing herewith the article. They have also taken legal action against him.

Kindly tell your people about the fraud and that the land cannot be converted into NA (non-agricultural) and the area falls under green zone and there cannot be any construction activity on the green land.
Also let your other people know about the fraud so that they do not fall in his trap and to take precautions.

I have invested 200000/- in Row house Scheme at Chinchavali

I have also visited chincchavali row house site and spoke to the farmer to sold this land to sachin, farmer hunkar patil says 2.5 acre of land is purchased by sachin in 2011 from him and a project of row houses is to be built on this. I have personally seen the agreement and registration and n/a details of this land. I am planning to book 2 row houses in this project, but after reading all above articles even I am in dought about buying it.

After reading about sachin zende, I am not going to invest at chincvali ro house scheme. I was so much interested, but it looks fraud. They told me that they have bought 8 acre of land, but as you said it is only 2.5 acres.
Instead invest in grow homes developers.

amrit dev has many investment plan in Wakadi, Chincholi, Morba, kamothe.
not a single location he given possation.
He is only taking money from investors.
Can any one tell, he has given possation at any location ???????

In Kamothe he applied same stratregy without completing 1st project he is started new projected in kamothe.

I had invest 1BHK room in Kondle (Morbe) project ...now its 2 years gone but no any proper development for same..

Bachpan me suni hui Lakadi ki kahaani yaad aati hai. 1 lakadi ko haato se aasaani se toda ja sakta hai lekin 1 saath 5 lakadiya todna bahut hi mushkil kaam hai.

Maine aaj pahali baar hi Amrith Developers ki online jaannkaari li tabhi muze yah sab maalum hua aur muze bada shock bhi laga. Aur pachhaataap bhi hua ki aajtak maine isaki news online q nahi dekhi?
