hello sir i have 11.1 bal but it will not recharge why tel me reply to [protected]@gmail.com

i have amulyam account ..when i recharging my mobile in use free recharge page after fill up recharge details its shows having multiple account on amulyam.in is a policy violation and hence your account has been blocked...cannot recharge my mobile..what should i do ..plz help me...
