I had booked a refill cylinder on 17-July-2013 by SMS. Even today, 05-Aug-2013, I was told by the agent it will take another week to get Refill Cylinder. Other Indane agents are delivering Refill Cylinders within one week from the date of Booking. Last month I had received SMS saying that the cylinder has already been delivered. But actually I did not get the cylinder. I was told it will take some more days even If I get the “cylinder delivered SMS”. The activities by agent is suspicious and needs to be investigated thoroughly. Also they never entertain/respond over the phone to the customers problems.
