Dear Sir.

My name is P.L.S.RamaRaju.My A/C.No.[protected] Daman Branch.
My Debit Card was lost on 29/10/2009.By the traveling from Vijayawada to rajahmundry by train No.
7239. At that time i will inform to Govt.Rly.Police station.Rajahmundry. I have a Complaint paper also.
Please let me know How to aprouch the new Card.
