I hold a account with Andhra Bank, Jubilee Hills Branch, Hyderabad.
This complaint is in regard to the wrong debit of Rs 11000/- from my account. On 4th of Aug i have deposited 11000/-, which got credited on 8th of Aug. On 9th when i tried to withdraw some amount from ATM service, but i could not because of some error. I tried repeatedly on the same day but couldn't get the money.
When approached Andhra Bank regarding this, they provided with the statement which is not at all clear.
My Account shows a debit of 10000/- and 720/- etc... on 10th of Aug. When questioned bank to give clarity on that, they said they will not be able to give the transaction details. As have not used the card for these transactions but still a debit from my account.
As i have not used my card for the transaction made, asked for assistance from bank they are not clear and not taking the case very seriously. Concerned Bank is not tracking and taking any kind of ownership on this case. Its not the matter of 10000/- but the trust and faith we have today on bank is null. What if had a lackh of Rs in my account, i'm sure would have faced the same problem.

Iam the account holder of andhra bank since 2000 from branch of Panipat.As my account no is ABJ -134 account holder name as dasari pawan goud .My complaint is my debit card have been expired in the month of June 2009.I have subimitied my old debit card to the Andhra bank Panipat branch.But till now the new dibit card have been not issued to me.I am daily contacting with the staff of the bank but no single person is not giving proper response.daily there are postponing to meet them.it has been maken a style for them.I am not able to make my transsions with this distabence.kindly conform your understanding.
