[Resolved]  Andhra Bank CCD Recoveries — non closing of credit card since 13.4.2007

I SK.NURJAHAN have an credit card having no.[protected] and it was closed on 13.4.2007 , and the amt was recovered by recovery agent by name sri ch.srinivasarao and told the amt was cleared and given a receipt. but to my surprise it is noticed that the credit is in live which was shown in cibel information which was troubled me very much after a long period of 10 years. please intimate the particulars of the credit card and what is the reason for non closing the credit yet. and i request you sir to kindly close the credit card which is very much troubling me.
