i urgently required OD for the month of jan 2013 for my interviews so i applied in the month of dec 2012. the fact is that so called andhra university took action in the month of febrary 2013 and sent me my OD by 11 feb 2013. And am really shocked to see my details are wrong even after getting it after such a long time. i don't know what the kind of work those stupid personnel's are doing. even it happened the same when i applied for provisional.
My request to authority to pls take strict action, they are actually playing with students and their time.
