[Resolved]  Angwan Movers And Packers — Missing luggage

Goods were trucked from gurgaon on 11th april 2009 to both the destinations.
80% of total amount was paid, balance to be paid after delivery.

A) goods weresent to dehradun were sent under consignment no. 016
Which were duly recvd with in 10 days time, however the below were missing.

1) antique rocking chair
2) room heater
3) an empty gas cylinder
At the same time a barbeque stand along with skewers and a carton box which wre to be ent to banglore were received in doon consignement, which were returned to the delivery boys to be clubbed with banglore stuff, after talking to mr. shamsher.
We also handed over a letter to the delivery body in the name of sangwan packers and movers with the above missing item details.

Till date the above three items have not been recvd.

B) goods to be sent to banglore were sent under consignment no. 017
Total item sent were 23 on the invoice however i feel now it should be 25, as we sent the to items from dehradun as well.
The missing were an oven and the cartons sent from dehradun

To clarify these things delhi person does not answer the phone.
He is not contactable since the election time held in may.
When asked about the delhi office address or the company's owners name or no., no body gives the detail.
The goods were also insured, on asking teh insurance company details, no body answers that as well.

Pls help or advice how this can be tackled.
