Annai Builders — Not Completing the Project even after 2 Years
M/s Annai Builders having Brand Name called SMART HOMES, not completing the project of Anakaputhur Phase I even after 2 Years. Please be careful in dealing with Annai Builders Yes It is 100% True Not even finished single flat today itself more than 2 years rotating people money.
Government is take the action for this.

True Many of the people cancel the agreement. If cancel the agreement the charge 20% or 30% deduct the money.

I was just being a disgruntled customer since the project was getting delayed and I would like to apologize for my statement, where I mentioned Annai Builders as Fraud, which was totally wrong, they are infact great and professional guys.
These guys "Annai Builders" have done a good job and infact, helped me with extra options without charging me an additional penny and I'm really satisfied.
Mr Narayanan their MD is a great guy who personally spoke to me listened to my grievance and ensured that all my requirements where met. I'm unable to remove my previous comment, Site Admin can you please help me remove the old post please as I would like to take back my words. the project was delayed a bit due to unexpexted reasons from their contractors but Annai Builders is doing ther best to ensure customers are not harrassed.

Very Hopeless Builder. Worst quality construction. Poor Customers, who bought homes from Annai Builders. I visited Annai Builders Maraimalai Nagar Project. The quality of construction is Very Bad. Have you seen Bricks in the Column Concrete, but these fellows do. you can Visit the Site & see. They prepare the the low quality concrete bricks & use.

I visited Annai Atulya Keelkattalai Project. All the people are crying as the Construction quality is Hopeless & Third Class. They Said why the hell they Bought Home from Annai Builders Real Estate Private Limited.Annai Builders Real Estate Private Limited say all good quality material in Agreement, but gives very poor quality Material. In Some home They have fitted the Door which is of no use, It can be broken in a kick. There is no water to the Borewells, so you have to get it from outside for drinking As well as daily Usable Water. They Have not Even Kept Annai Atulya Project Name Board there, as the people should not visit the site & come to know there quality. Just think of it then...

I bought atulya anakaputhur 2 flats after 4 years since they have not finished this project with satisfactory. Floor full of cracks and damage, doors not properly getting closed. Kitchen granite is broken condition,
Also white wash done with poor condition.
They said ur home is ready.
Kindly advice me take futher action.

Hi, what about the ANAKAPUTTHUR PROJECT. Heard that Annai Builders announced in April 2010, a project for constructing a SMART HOME at there for 6.2 Lakhs. Still no initiation is found. What is the present status ?
