Dear Sir/ Madame,
I have purchased APC ups model no. BR 1100CI-IN and serial no. NB [protected] to run my UV spectrophotometer but a week after its purchase it went out of order due to poor battery back-up. Therefore, I made a complaint for the above condition of my ups to APC company. After accompanied by harsh words and long denial my ups was replaced with an old and repaired ups JB [protected] although I requested them to repair the same ups which I had but the company refused to do so. This replaced ups also worked more or less the same with same problem of battery back-up for which I am in regular in touch with the company to solve my problem permanently. However, I am not satisfied as the company is not at all intrested in lodging my complain and for which my work is suffering a lot. Besides this the company has started avoiding me although my ups is under warrenty period. I would be more than obliged if you would look into the matter seriously and urgently.

this unit having some APC UPS 800 VA for wan project out of which 04 Nos have
defective since long time. Moreover self intent to contact on toll free Number but no
fruitfull reply received till date. hence defective UPS may be replaced with new one
