Applied Tatkal passport not yet received

Sir,

My Mother has applied in leiu of passport lost under the tatkal scheme and it has been 1 month that we didnot receive the passport . The File Reference Number :HYD-D001157-09 .
Initially we took an online appointment and father's name was wrong and she corrected it and have sent another application form. Till today we dint get any response of any the passport .
Can you please respond to us .

i abhishek jain i had apply to passport but they geven the date 24-dec-2009 and my appoint number is hydl12829309 can u take my request in tatkal passport of 60pages.
