[Resolved]  Aramex Courier — shipment not received

My parcel was sent from Mumbai (400028) to Lucknow( 226016) vide AWB no.[protected] of ARAMEX on 1st July 2010, the shipment was received at their Operations Facility in New Delhi on 2nd July 2010 and it stuck there forever till date. Nobody from the courier's local office at Lucknow has cared to clarify the status of shipment and to add insult to injury, guys sitting at Delhi office of this courier either don't pick up the phone at all or even if they do, thier reply is vague. In my opinion ARAMEX is the worst courier company, I have come across so far. They are totally non-professional.

I agree with you. This seems to be big name company but very poor delivery system. The items are only delivered on papers. No real delivery of the items. Vinay

highly regrettable service they are unable to deliver my shipment [protected]-tracking id from lenskart as 13 days has passed what irresponsible company im highly unsatisfied with there services dont ever take there services they are not genuine ppls
