I, above named Ex-serviceman retired from Records Army Medical Corps Lucknow-2 on 01 Feb 2010, and above quoted revised PPO received under above quoted reference letter of Records AMC Lucknow. 2. Sir, My pension bank is BANK OF INDIA BR KODOLI (WARANA) A/C NO [protected], but printing mistakes on both PPO that is STATE BANK OF INDIA instead of BANK OF INDIA, hence the my both PPO are erroneously send to CPPC, SBI Belapur Navi Mumbai by Records AMC Lucknow instead of CPPC Bank of India Nagpur, It is mistake of AMC Records. 3. My correct pension bank address as per documents summit by me at the time of retirement (Annexure 1 to Appendix – ‘G’ Bank Details, zerox copy attached) is as under:- BANK OF INDIA Br : KODOLI(WARANANAGAR) IFSC Code BK ID 0000927 A/C No :- [protected] 4 Sir, above both PPO still not receive by the bank hence outstanding payment against the both PPO not received by me till date 5.
