[Resolved]  Arun Dev Builder — Plot not Delivered

I booked a plot with Arun Dev Builders Limited under their project Arun Dev City in Dehradun in Feb'2007. At the time of booking they promissed me to deliver Plot within 14months but now even after completion of 6 years I didn't get the plot.

They have taken 66% of the plot amount from me & still no cofirmation is being given from their side regarding this.

In case they are unable to give the plot then they should refund my money along with the said intrest.
