Dear Sir,

I have applied for four wheeler driving permanent license after fulfilling all formalities and procedures on 13.10.2010. I have applied for licence in m.p.r.t.o Balaghat and the fees was submitted by me and till today the 2nd December 2010 I have not received by post my permanent driving license. On enquiry from the RTO office Balaghat I have come to know that the driving license has already been issued in my name bearing Driving License No.: MP50N[protected] on[protected] as Enrollment type: FRESH At the time of appearing in the r.t.o.office, sir, I was told that the License would be sent through registered post and I would receive it within 15 days.

So please lodge my complaint in this regard so that I may receive my driving licence as early as possble because from last more than one and half month I am unable to drive my car.
