Asianet Cable TV — No Connection for past one week, No reply | |||
On 4th dec2010 a complaint was given to the customer care department about the failure in connection despite my call to their customer care number daily non has called from the service department until today the 10th of dec 2010. A complaint ticket no GA[protected] was provided for no use. Some one who read this please dont take asianet cable TV connection. Irresponsible is the least word to use. I have asianet digital cable connection i already paid the rent for one year .now i can't get the signal so i registerd a complaint on janvary 31 but there no action from the asianet cable tv servive center chalakudy so pls take immidiate action against it...
