[Resolved] Asianet Digital TV — Very poor response | |||
In one word i can say that the very very poor service. The cable disconnect every 2 or 3 hrs. We cannot see any programs in the TV till to the end, there will be an interruption in the service almost every time. I made a complaint once and i got a response that it will take 24hr to identify the problem . Are we living in this century ? 24 hrs, anyway i cannot afford that. So I am planning to discontinue this and i will go to my local cable vendor. Atleast i can see the programs without break. I agree that Asianet is providing good picture clarity , but what is the use without "picture" Was this information helpful? | |||

Asianet — STB not receiving signal
From 12th May till today (14th), I am without TV connection. I have 2 STBs and payment for full year [aid in advance. No action by your team yet.25%
