Dear sirs,
I registred a complaint about my damaged ATM card & requested for the replacement of the card. The complaint was registred & issued the ticket no. [protected] in the mont of Sep '08. So far I didn't received the new ATM card, which causing a lot of inconvenience for me.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.
