COMPLAINT:- Rikshaw Drivers offten cheat people by charging excess fare..They don't show "Meter Card" if asked by any passenger. Also there is a big misconception in minds of people in mumbai that what ever amount is shown on meter we have to substract one rupee and that's the correct auto fare..
SUGGESTION:- It should be made compulsory rule to all the auto rikshaws to paste "Meter Card" on the backside of driver's seat. So that each passenger can check the Meter Card and make payment accordingly. It is the best and easiest way I feel... Was this information helpful? |
