[Resolved]  HCL Technologies Bpo Services — Awful employer

Address:Theni, Tamil Nadu

Respected Sir,

I am Ramanathan Yegyanarayanan[protected] an Ex-employee of HCL relieved just before a day.I was working as a Technical support Officer at HCL Technologies BPO services for phoenix process and i was reporting to a manager named Ramesh Gopalakrishnan. My Team Leader was Prasath Ivan.

From the day i joined Hcl no issues were sorted out stating that the mistake is on our side anyway we apologize and today i am out of HCL.The reason why i came out! I was forced to sign a warning letter issued by the Reporting manager (Ramesh Gopalakrishnan) and Prasath Ivan whom i am not satisfied with and i have raised an SSD to change my team before a week.but then i continued to work and i asked permission from the Team Leader to meet the HR(Subashini Swaminathan) and the Team Leader said that i cannot be sent at that time to meet the HR but i was awaiting for her response for 2 days before. The HR said that she wants to meet once come to office on that day.And i took around three calls and then i asked the permission but then the Team Leader said that nothing can be done there is no break and he said to me that he cannot give Aux4 to meet HR and asked me to take my break to meet them to express my concern towards th organisation.

The Team Leader repeated it like a Gramaphone record and even he didnt maintain an eye contact and ordered me as if i am his slave.i went to AM HR(Subashini swaminathan) and then she told that we can sort it out and she said that she will speak with the TL.after that when i went back these people looged me out from my Avaya phone and then the Reporting manager and TL is waiting with the warning letter and they asked me to sign before the HR manager(Praveen Dev).I also told them to escalate and then i have been asked to speak with Munuswamy(Senior OPS manager) and he told that it is an indisciplinary action without asking the TL that i am not supposed to come out of my bay but if the TL is not answering you properly and repeating the same words as a old gramaphone record what can be done? but then even after crying with all my concerns the Senior Operations manager repeated the same as what the HR manager told me before. So i was forced to sign a warning letter where i have not yet been wrong from my side.

I have resigned my job due to their torture to sign the warning letter which affects my future growth in HCL if i was there now.so i am sending this mail that HCL the good brand where i believed and joined to continue my career with as made me to feel very bad because of some good bigshots inside spoiling the good brand.

Shiv and Swarup i am happy that i have got your email address to bring this to your knowledge and my future is spoiled because of this managers who are in a good brand called HCL.Leaded by a hard worker from Virudhunagar.I am happy to bring this to your notice because my brother is still with you as a senior business analyst.

Hopeless response from HCL management. Spoiling image of the company but this is the dark side of politics which goes on in HCL.
As a previous employee of HCL BPO, I too agree with this person. HR in HCL BPO think that they are the lord and the employees are slavesto lick their boots. There is one Sr. Manager called Yuvaraj Subbaraman according to me he is not even good for cleaning up the toilet. The training manager Shankar Kalavai is not form a single senteence in English. that is the condition in HCL BPO Chennai centers.
Totally agree with Mr.Ramanathan Yegyanarayanan had told. Though i informed to my Team Lead about my resignation prior to a month. I cannot able to meet the manager because of the calls, or i would say my TL never let me to express my resignation to the Manager. Whenever i went to meet the manager, they would say either he is in a meeting or he has gone out. Inspite of the fact that the Manager visits the team atleast thrice in a week, my TL tells that it is not a good manner to speak about it away from the Manager's cabin.

HCL BPO is not a worth for its brand these days, because of few corrupt people inside spoiling its name and the reputation.
