[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Poor service!

sir,
i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently.

dear sir,
I have complen about service of customer care exucative beacuse I have lost my gold debit card on 12th june 7pm and imideatly complen to customer care exucative but they have not take initiative to blok it . One of customer care exucative conform me that complen has taken after few minits card will inactive. But after 2 hours when I want to know the status of the card then other customer care exucative
told that complen has not taken. I surprised for that kind of behave beacuse debit card lost may lost mouny anitime.

So I aplied to higher athority to take initiavite result for this kind of problems.
(my account in BOLPUR branch in WEST BENGAL)
there is no response at your site also. its matter of same for your bank
worst experience with the bank visited a no. of banks but never found the personals so confused than this on there is not ever a single person to clarify the problem this type of rubbish banks should be closed!!!

My credit crad number [protected] got blocked. the reason as per customer care is i did not transanction regular since one year.I have contacted nearest branch at Sodpur Kolkata. They are advised to me that you may contact with original branch. I also contacted with Mangal Kunj Kachery Road Rourkela Branch and they advised to me that you may send requisition through nearest axis branch. I same also done. After three months my card not active. I again contacted with Rourkela Branch through telephonically but staff not co-operate to me. I faxed an application as per guidlines of Rourkela branch and regular contacted with them. They are assured that your card actived within 24 hours but not active. Again contacted and they told to me that same application dispatch through courier. I send application through courier and cfm by telephone. Confirmation has been received but card not active. Staff of Axis bank very harrased to me.

I am really un happy by your service. so decided to go CONSUMER COURT. I am sending this mail(BCC) to vice president of AXIS BAnk and taking this copy and sublitting it to CONSUMER COURT.

Till today i requested to solve my problem but bank didnt respond me at all. so only way for me to get solution is CONSUMER COURT. even though i paid bill my card got blocked? I will ask all these things to bank throuh CONSUMER COURT.

yes, the services provide by the axis bank are very poor.i applied for i-banking one month and one week ago after many phones and i personally visited the bank many times but till now i have received no password.

The mobile phone banking service was activated on my personal phone baearing moblie phone [protected] . Now i wish to deactivate the mobile phone banking service. It is therefore, requested to deactivate the above mentioned service on my account .

Secondly I had opended bank account No [protected] at your branch at Khanmarket New Delhi since 19 Aug 08 and Quarterly statement of my account not yet received till date. Request send my quarterly statement thorugh e-mail address as under :- krishan.[protected]@yahoo.in.

Hi, my name is Ganesh Prasad K, i am having salary account in axis bank as i have applied for the duplicate debit card but unfortunetly i have not received the duplicate card neither but existing card was being blocked and when contacted the Koramangala branch customer care the reply given was they did'nt receive the request form and finally they disconenct the call. but i need to withdraw money urgently kindly give me suggestion in this kind of problem.

I Sandesh H. Kadam and my A/c No. [protected] in your bank. I already send a requirement for Cheque Book 2-3 times by ATM, but yet we have not received a Cheque Book.

It is most urgent, because I am suffering a many problems without cheque book and I hope this is my last try.

This is L.Rasikannan, I lost Rs3500/ in my accout, actually i have not taken the amount from ATM, During 10th Sep. the amount was debited from ATM at Chennai, But i was in coimabatore at that time.

A representative of Axis Bank came to my residence for opening new account at axis bank. After his continous follwo up I told him that I will open an account with your bank with joint name of my friend.

He took away necessary documents viz PANCARD, Electricity Bill and Photographs of 2 joint account holders alongwith 18000 cash for opening Bank account at bharuch on 29.10.2009.

009356 dt 31.10.2009 of Rs 18000


Very next day the representative gave me pay order no 009356 dtd 31.10.2009 for Rs 18000 without any information in writing.

He told that his Bank Manager at Bharuch denied to open the account on the ground of 2 persons of a family only can open the joint account.

I am surprised to note this type of reply from Axis Bank.

The pay order was obtained by that represenative on the ground of cash of 18000 can not be deposited in the new account and hence pay order was insisted.

THE BANK MANAGER of Axis Bank Bharuch branch is not knowing any Banking regulatio act.

He is simply an arogent man.

Now I have to make arrangement for encashing pay order.

i m yogesh dhir . i have a account whose number is [protected]. there r many problems in this account. now i disclose this account. first this this account will be open with wrong commitment by your employe . n second plz send me details of all charges which will be decuted against my transactions . plz send these days in a week. near abt 1400 will be detucted from my account.

i have transfer RS 21000 via online transfer from axis bank to canara bank.still the money is not credited to beneficary account.i enquired in both bank.axis bank saying that problem is not with usa and canara bank saying that your account number is not core account, enquire with axis bank.i just want to know who is responsible for my money and whom to complaint.i am totally fed up with Axis bank.
I HAVE NOT GET THE ATM KIT FROM YOUR AXIS BANK DWARKA BRANCH NEW DELHI .IT HAS TAKEN APPROXIMATE 2 MONTHS ABOVE .

We had opened two A/Cs ( i. Saving Easy Access A/C No.[protected] of Mrs. Chandrakanta Gupta & Mrs. Mahendra Kumar Gupta, ii Saving Easy Access A/C No.[protected] of Mrs. Mahendra Kumar Gupta & Mrs. Chandrakanta Gupta. It was very clearly explained by the bank representative at the time of account opening that the charges for Debit-Cards will be taken first time/year only and same has been debited from my account also (copy of statement as sent by your branch is enclosed herewith for your ready reference). But it was very surprising to me that as per statement (copy enclosed) the same has been debited from my both the accounts for the next year also, which is purely, an act of perfidy. Hence it is requested to please review the matter and credit back the amount deducted. If the representative had committed me false and deduction is mandatory as a policy of bank then it is my request to please inform me immemidiatly so that both the accounts could be discontinued/closed.
Self sent INR of Rs 49, 738.00 (RM 3, 800) from "Maybank" at Maluri Branch, 55100- Malaysia to Axis Bank SB A/C No: [protected] at Periyar Nagar, Chennai-82 on 23rd December 2009 by Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
But still so far the not been creditted in my SB account.
Maybank TT referance No: TMAT[protected].
I request to do needful for the early creditting and give the feed back in this connection please.
