duplicate pin of gold card

heloo i am navneet seth from indore ican not receive my gold card pin no i have sent my request more than 10 times last two request no. is 1039262

my customer id is 066043001 and i am suffering for last 2 months first i am not getting my welcome kit after that i am not receiving my pin no. i want my gold card pin no. in indore (m.p.) in sapna sangeeta branch.

so ,
kindly send me my duplicate pin no.
