[Resolved] Axis Bank — Extra charges | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a customer of the Axis bank, Hyderabad Main Branch. This bank chrages un nessesary charges to the Axis Customers. Even my self i paid around 2000 Rupees for the Axis Bank, Just 2 days back also Rs.276.00 was deducted from my account, Details are: 9/11/2009 DrCard UPANNUAL [protected] NOV10-N 276.00 31/07/2009 Consolidated Charges for A/c 1,500.00 31/07/2009 Service Tax @10.30% on Charge 154.50 08/07/2009 DrCard Upfront Ann Chg [protected] 238.00 So please do any step for this one . My Account no.[protected] is running since last one year,
On dated 11.06.10 Rs.100 debited on account of Professional Fees
27.07.10 Rs.166 debited on account of Debit Card issue
1)
Kindly note i have opened SIP account and send two cheque of Rs.100 for Professional fees and Rs.1000 for first instalment in month of June 2010.
I have received letter from Karve regarding Opening of SIP a/c no. [protected] for Rs.1000 monthly in june 2010.But as on till date no instalment is debited from my saving account, only Rs.100 debited.
2) Rs.166 debited from my a/c, i confirmed from your branch at manimajra, chandigarh. they said this is for debit card issue balance. but i have received debit card in kit immediate after the opening of account, and bank also debited Rs.58.00 appx. from my account.
Kindly reverse of Rs.166 and also reply for the status of SIP Account.
