No Clsoed my credit account:4718630001543759

It was intimated with my credit card dispute application form about to close my credit card account but why the statement has again is forwarded. What is more I need to submit. The former request why has not been executed.

Once again I humbly request you to close down the credit card account no: (4718630001543759 & Add card 4718630001543767),

I have faced lot of trouble during the transaction with Axis bank, irregular intimation of billing report with the statement. The dealing experience of last period is not been satisfactory. So, my decision is to close the credit card account permanently.

I hope you will take immediate necessary action against my application at your end please.
