Axis Bank Credit Card — They charged me Rs.3108 towards late payment & interest charges which are not required | |
Dear Sir, I am credit card holder of axis bank and Card No.[protected], i have taken credit card from this company and the Very First bill was not received by me, when i received the bill i was surprised to see that they cahrged me with late payment charges & Interest on delayed payment, when i asked the customer care they advised to pay the purchases only and they wiil consider reversal of the charges, but that was not done. Now they taken Rs.3108, from my saving s account with out informing me, when asked for it, they said the bill was sent through PAN CITY COURIER, Despatch No.is 255412 and the receivers mobile no [protected], which are not belonging to me. I got many calls when I was not having my credit card, but now when I have problem related to Debited Interest and service Tax on the amount which I had paid before the due date. Nobody is here to give any answers.
I have been trying to get local customer care number of Indore but no body in the bank is ready to provide this.
I also sent one mail to the customer care regarding the problem but I hav't received any reply regarding my problem.
I am totally unsatisfied with the sevices from your side and want to close my credit card account.
Could you please help me to proceed for the same.
I think you have to improve your services to get Customers satisfaction otherwise its not possible to sustain in this competitive world.
Hope I will get a satisfactory mail from your side.
