Axis Bank - Net secure code

5 months back i changed my mobile number 9015034667 to 9560521918. net secure code doesnt come to my new mobile No-9560521918.I filled required document and submited to axis bank in delhi- malviya nagar branch.Still date it is not activated. I contact customer care, they sugested me to edit in atm center. but the problem still persist.
