ON 18TH OF MARCH 11 I PLACED ORDER FOR DIAMONDS ON LINE WITH BAG IT TODAY AFTER SEEING THEIR MAIL ON MY MAIL ID [protected]@yahoo.com. I MADE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD AND LATER ON PAID IT TO CITY BANK. ON 25TH I GOT A SMS TELLING THAT THE TRANSACTION HAD FAILED WITHOUT MENTIONING ANY REASON. I SENT MAIL TO THEIR MAIL ADDRESS BUT HAVE GOT NO REPLY. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] AND ORDER REF.
