On 17th October 2010 I purchased set of Award winning books from Bagitittoday online portal.The price was Rs 803 and transaction was done through SBI bank online transaction.My Order Id.[protected] and order number Order no.0GA[protected].But in spite of several email reminder and persuasion they didn't send my product till date. Their only intention is to kill time with all types of bogus excuses. First of all they did not send me the consignment number while sending the parcel and once I called them they said that courier agency didn't find out the address and the parcel has come back to us. But I used to get courier product at that address with out any hassle from Blue Dart.
After that I emailed the detail address with all the relevant landmarks necessary for find out the correct location. But They Didn't send my product
And yesterday after several followup's and a copy to there companies CEO Bagga they have sent new Order Id as Order Id SG-853709. So sent a new number to while away another 3 months so they can shut the consumers mouth for some more days. Was this information helpful? |
