Hi,

I had placed an order on 15th Oct 2010 for Alex bag (Hot Pink) and still not received the same. I am continuously following up with them, everytime i get new date. Today its more than 2 months and still i am given dates for delivery and nobody is ready to give me in written. I have already paid the amount Rs 778 through credit card.
