BagItToday — two items not in working condition

i purchased online from bagittoday. It was a combo offer. Out of three items, two were not in working condition. Based on my representation, they asked me to send it back. I replied saying that your representative should come and collect as it was done in the case of flipkart.com. Thereafter, there was no reply from their side.
