[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Spurious Spares & Services & Indifference towards Customers after Sales

We are the students in Andhra Pradesh, As advertised, we were fascianted by Bajaj Bikes and haev bought them but evre since our purchase, the bikes started giving problems. Neither the Service People nor the Company people were responding regarding the same since 3 Years despite our mails, letters and walkins.

Their Service center people were practising most drastic unethical practices. They bwere using spurious Spare parts which are claiming Lives of many.

Due to their Indifference towards we here at Andhra Prades haev formed an Association by name Bajaj Automotives Victimes Association. We are identifying various Bajaj Owners who were victimised and area silenlty bearing the burnt and pooling up such people to fight against the unethical practices.

We all wish to bring a strong note of Condemnation to the Bajaj Company to Realise and Rectify its deeds and Indian Consumers are not a Silent Bearers of Burnt anymore.

We have developed a Blog towards the same cause and ever since then were tried to being suppressed for raising voice against their mal practises.

Despite that we were abel to sustain thier pressure and have been fighting for the common cause.

We all wish that rather than their efforts to concentrate on us, if the same efforets are spent on Innocent Consumers. the Community and the Common People be benefitted more.

I am suffering in the hands of Bajaj Auto since the last one month, have been delivered a defective Pulsar 220F by Sai Service, Lower Parel, Mumbai. The bike has excessive vibrations and it heats up a lot. Bajaj Auto engineer refuses to acknowledge the defects in the bike. As per Bajaj Auto, the bike is just fine. There are many complaints of the Pulsar 220F, none solved by Bajaj Auto. Owners silently suffer at the hands of a company selling sub-par quality products. Even hiring a lawyer and fighting it out in Consumer Court is difficult as the lawyer charges a hefty fee. Hope the company shuts down someday and people like Mr. Santosh Ayachit (Service Engineer, Bajaj, Pune) lose their job for cheating customers.
