[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. — Legal Notice - Received

Dear Sir ,

I am recieving threatening SMS on Mobile Number [protected] for the last 6 months that an amount of Rs. 2000(every month) is overdue for Loan A/c NO. 5810CD00000120 as they are specifying that I have purchased a SONY HANDY CAMERA in feb 2009.
But i Have never ever made such a transaction.I have told their executives also to verify with the details but that was all not done .Now they have sent a legal notice to me stating the overall due as Rs 10900 and to pay it to avoid any legal action.

I request to verify with the details of the customer and please delete this([protected]) mobile number from your records.
