I had bought one vehicle in 1997 financed by you. The loan was duly cleared in the stipulated time. Now I want to have a non- liability certificate. For the purpose I contacted your head-office at Pune and also your regional office but to no avail as Hindustan Business Corporation the agency which was functioning with your collaboration has closed the business from some time.
