Purchased a Bajaj Induction Cooker on October'2012. Registered a complain with complain no.2207431 dated 7.2.13 as Induction plate not heated. After so many follow-ups their Engineer had visit on dt 16.2.13 and with 02 min check up declared that the PCB of the machine is faulty. Still now not receive a single response neither the Company had replaced the PCB.
Came to know from their Engineer that their godown is at Gardenrich (kolkata) and their stock release day is only Friday in every week.
