Dear Sir, I am Ramakrishna, Staying at Jayanagar, we have taken computer loan one year back from Tec Infotech and taken loan fro Bajaj Finance loan proposal no 171029 with offer of 17, 000 RS loan and Refundable deposit of 7, 000 RS. We already closed the loan 15th Oct 2008, and waiting for refundable amount but now Mr. Manjunath from Bajaj Finance, fellow not taking calls, telling other stories Pls help . I also facing the same problem, very worst and no response service from Bajaj, I will wait for another few days to take a great step by taking some ideas from people like you. I taken a Loan for computer in Nov.05 and paid last 36th month EMI on 15th of Nov.08. Any company will refund immediately or within 30days after last EMI. But this company didn't respond to any phone call and also direct contact.
My proposal no. 400/B9310 from Hyderabad. I also contacted by email. Any way there is no response. All other finance organizations giving very good customer care, if they sanctioning loans or not. But this bajaj first tells your loan sanctioned, need not to pay anything. but when we go for taking pc (any item which we want) then only they tell about the terms and conditions. This is also very unforgettable thing to people like me. Bajaj employees of Hyderabad branch are really negligence, irrespective and irresponsible. I have never seen such a poor customer service[protected] " ONLY BAJAJ "

I am MOHMADFARUK MEMON staying at ANAND.I have taken computer loan from BAJAJ FINANCE, ANAND BRANCH.I have comleted that loan on 17/11/2008 and completed prcedure for refundable deposite of Rs 4800 on 20/11/2008.But till today i am not given deposite.Officers in anand branch do not give positive answer.My proposal no.431/070278, mobile no.[protected].
