I Undersigned Shri. Narendra C.Pardeshi state that I have obtained Loan from your company for Purchasing Vehicle. I have repaid the entire loan amount on 26/02/09. You have not issued final repayment clearance certificate in my name.
You have debited amount of Rs. 1357/- and installment of repayment illegally in the month of March 2009. I have brought this fact to your notice and accordingly you have refunded that amount to me.
Now in the month of November again you have made same mischief and debited Rs. 1357/- from my account though you have no right to debit the amount on full satisfaction of loan account.
This is shocking to me when I came to know that you have again debited the amount .You are illegally troubling to me. I therefore constrained to communicate you to stop your illegal activities and forthwith refund the amount of Rs. 1357/- to avoid further legal action against you. Please take cognizance.
